CJ brings a background in education, clinical practice, and social services, with experience supporting individuals across a range of settings. Her early work as an elementary school teacher and leader of an Intervention & Referral Services team shaped her commitment to advocacy, systems thinking, and supporting individuals in meaningful ways.

 

She later served as Clinician and Program Director of Empower House within the Bergen County Division of Family Guidance, where she supported young adults navigating complex emotional and life experiences. This work led her to pursue advanced training in trauma-focused care, including EMDR, Parts Work, and somatic approaches.

 

CJ’s work is grounded in a holistic perspective that integrates mind, body, and emotional experience. She brings a thoughtful, integrative lens to NJTC, with a focus on connection, growth, and building supportive professional community.
