Governing the Collective

Board members are responsible for guiding strategic direction, maintaining organizational integrity, and ensuring that the Collective remains responsive to the evolving needs of its members and the communities they serve. Leadership is approached with transparency, accountability, and a commitment to thoughtful, values-based decision-making.   

 

At its core, the board exists in service to the Collective. We view leadership as a collaborative process and welcome input, feedback, and participation from our members. As the New Jersey Therapist Collective continues to grow, we remain committed to fostering opportunities for connection, contribution, and shared leadership across our community.
