Jessica brings extensive experience across clinical care, program development, and supervision, with a focus on expanding access to compassionate and equitable mental health services. Her work spans hospitals, community programs, and leadership roles, where she has supported individuals and families navigating a wide range of life experiences.
Her background integrates both clinical and scientific perspectives, with experience in behavioral neuroscience, neuropsychological testing, and evidence-based program development. She has led clinical teams, developed curricula, and supported outreach initiatives that meet individuals where they are.
Jessica is committed to accessible, relationship-centered care and brings a strong focus on advocacy, education, and thoughtful system-building to her role with NJTC.
