Jen brings over two decades of experience in mental health and social services, with work spanning community-based programs, schools, and clinical leadership roles. She has supported children, families, and adults across a wide range of settings, with a focus on compassionate, individualized care.

 

In addition to her clinical work, Jen has held leadership and supervisory roles, providing clinical supervision and supporting the development of emerging clinicians. Her experience includes team leadership, program development, and field placement supervision for MSW students.

 

Jen is deeply committed to community support and advocacy, with longstanding involvement in organizations such as Special Olympics and NAMI, as well as experience as a resource parent within the New Jersey foster care system. She brings a strong sense of service and dedication to NJTC.
