Lisa brings more than three decades of experience in clinical practice, supervision, and leadership within psychoanalytic and mental health education. Her work reflects a deep commitment to reflective practice, ethical care, and professional development.

 

She has held multiple leadership and teaching roles, including positions as faculty member, Dean of Students, and Board Member within psychoanalytic training institutions. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Institute for Modern Psychoanalysis of Philadelphia and was recently elected Co-President of the Pennsylvania Society for Clinical Social Work.

 

Lisa’s work integrates psychoanalytic understanding with organizational insight, supporting both individuals and professional communities navigating growth and change. She brings a thoughtful and experienced perspective to NJTC.
